Evening of Wine & Roses
Glendale Memorial Hospital’s 24th Annual Evening of Wine & Roses, Tastes from the Harvest was held on Sunday, October 2nd.
This grand event featured scrumptious gourmet foods and first-class wines from some of Los Angeles’ top restaurants and wineries. During the evening, guests danced to live musical entertainment and bid on many one-of-a-kind gift offerings at the always enticing silent auction.
With over 700 sponsors and guests in attendance, this year’s event raised more than $320,000 to benefit the Emergency Department at Glendale Memorial Hospital.
Proceeds from this year’s event will go towards remodeling and renovating the Emergency Department (ED) in order to better serve our communities. Our ED is one of the busiest in the area with more than 31,000 visits each year. Last year Glendale Memorial provided more than $7,018,085 in charity care to more than 1,100 individuals. This is a vital need of the hospital, a great service to our community and we look forward to your support.
