Donors whose cumulative gifts to the Foundation amount to $5,000 or more are perpetually honored for their important support on the Donor Wall.
Categories of Giving
Donor = $5,000 to $9,999
Sponsor = $10,000 to $24,999
Patron = $25,000 to $49,999
Benefactor = $50,000 to $99,999
Founder = $100,000 or more
The Donor Wall is updated annually in January.
Additionally, Glendale Memorial Health Foundation provides specific opportunities for permanent, individual memorials and tributes throughout the hospital:
Patient Room = $7,500 gift
Treatment Area = $10,000 gift
Patient Suite / Surgical Suite = $ 25,000 gift
Nursing Station / Surgical Suite = $50,000 gift
Nursing Unit = $100,000 gift
