Jack Ivie

Mr. Ivie has 40 years of progressive experience in health care clinical, operational, and senior leadership positions in acute care hospitals in California. He began his healthcare career as a licensed physical therapist practicing at Saint John’s Hospital, Oxnard, California, which is now a Dignity Health hospital. He continued his progressive healthcare career in hospital administrative roles encompassing operations, strategic planning, managed care, regulatory compliance, physician relations/recruitment, community outreach, patient quality service/safety and maintenance of financial accountability. He also completed the sale of two community hospitals. He is experienced in the organizational cultural transformations linked to hospital mergers and the operational skills and group leadership requisite for successful management performance in multihospital systems.

Mr. Ivie received his Bachelor of Arts in Zoology and postgraduate certificate in Physical Therapy from California State University, Fresno, and a Masters in Public Health from UCLA. He is a 25 year Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. He has 4 grown children and enjoys golfing, reading, gardening and extensive international travel with his wife.
