Employee Giving Program
Hospital employees are encouraged to donate to Glendale Memorial Health Foundation’s Helping Hands campaign. We hope you will participate. Not only do these funds directly benefit the hospital, but high participation also sends a powerful message to the community about how much we care about our facility and the people we serve.
Giving to Helping Hands is completely voluntary and very easy. You can make a single gift, set up a recurring payment from your paycheck, or even donate your Paid Time Off (PTO) hours. Fill out the sign-up form below and return it to the Foundation, or donate online using the Employee Self Service portal and following the prompts.
Every gift, no matter the size, is valued and appreciated. However, please consider becoming a member of the 1926 CLUB! Members of this group make a donation of at least $19.26 per pay period, which comes to an annual gift of $500. Annual donors of $500 (or more) will receive a special pin in recognition of their gift and the founding of the hospital… in 1926.
